Camembert, Spinach & Cherry Tomatoes, baked baguette

I had one of the most perfect lunches ever yesterday, well for me, because I'm just one of those people who are far too easily pleased xD Gahhh just look how perfectly yummy it looks! :D I am actually kind of skeptical to write this recipe, purely because there isn't really much of a recipe, and it's just way too simple for words! :D

Okay, so I cheated a little and I can't say that I actually made the baguettes, BUT hey, who has time for that :P Haha just kidding! I don't know how to make baguettes, but it sure is something on my to do list :) So, grab your ready to bake baguette and let's get cooking ^^!

Ingredients
Bake at Home Baguette / Baguette (already baked)
Cheese - Camembert
Spinach
Cherry Tomatoes
Butter

Kitchen Utensils
Foil / Baking Tray / Plate

Cooking Time! :)
1) Take your part baked baguette and follow the instructions, baking it for as long as it says on the packet - My one was for around 10 minutes. I chose to cut mine in half before I baked it, but the choice is up to you! :)
2) Carefully take it out of the oven when the baguette has been fully baked, take the butter and butter the baguette. Then add the cheese, spinach and cherry tomatoes - I love melted butter on bread so that's the only reason I spread it on my baguette, but you don't have to. I also recently brought camembert cheese, just because I've never tried it before and just happened to be on offer :P! But any cheese is perfect for baguette, just as a recommendation, I'd definitely choose halloumi cheese. It is just THE perfect cheese, I mean, it is a little too salty, but that can always be sorted with soaking it in water for an hour or so.
3) Then turn the setting to grill and grill it until the cheese has melted and the tomatoes are bringing out it's fragrant smell of baked tomatoes ^^! - I know that it's a little burnt on the edges, but that was not my fault, someone walked past and shut the oven door whilst it was grilling. Everyone knows that you can't grill something without the door open! ^^" But a little burntness never hurt anyone ... I don't think o.o ...

Do not feel obligated to use the ingredients that I did, you can always use loads of different ingredients, like cheese with chicken, or pepperoni and cheese. Any combinations are yummy yummy! ^^ Anyway, enjoy this perfectly simple baguette ^^!

Stay safe & keep smiling,
